Yes. Clear photos showing the completed installation are required for every claim.
Yes. There is no limit on the number of claims per installer, company or individual, provided each claim relates to a different eligible product SN.
Yes. Each eligible product must be submitted as a separate claim using its own SN. This allows each product to be reviewed independently.
You will be notified by email and given 3 business days to provide the requested information. A claim under revision does not reserve a reward. If the deadline is missed, the claim will be closed as incomplete; the same eligible SN may be submitted again as a new claim while the campaign remains open and rewards remain available.
No. Cashback availability is confirmed only when a complete and valid claim is verified and approved by Sunwoda Energy.
The available quantity decreases only after a qualifying claim is verified and approved. Submitted, under-review and revision-required claims do not reduce public availability.
